Habits for a More Productive Day:  Always wake up at the same time every morning, at least for ten minutes before you start your day. Create a schedule and stick to it as if your life depended on it. To me, it's the most important part of my day.      -Always stay up to date. Don't take in an overwhelming amount of information in just one day. Instead, divide the information into small chunks that you can manage throughout your day or week, depending on how much time you have to read/study. The more knowledge you share with others, the more they will learn from it too! -The Pareto Principle applies to this situation as well: 80% of your efforts give you 20% of your results while you spend 20% of your efforts for 80% of the results. Your 20% should be things like reading the first page of the book before class, taking notes, or writing down all the key points you will need to remember.  -Instead of making a journal or planner, use your phone's camera to take pictures/snapshots of any important quotes/tips you come across. This way, you won't forget anything. -Try to work out at least once every day. If you're short on time but still want to exercise at least once a week or every other day, try Interval Training (10 minutes of increasingly difficult exercises with 10 minutes of less difficult exercises) instead. 8eeb4e9f32 24
